Bringing them closer to the outdoors and Nature is one of the most life defining gifts that you can give them as a parent or guardian.  Enjoy watching them explore, have fun and grow into the curious, spontaneous and imaginative kids they are born to be.   

  

Materials: 

For the activities in this 7 Nature Days Challenge , you will need some empty toilet roll/Kitchen roll tubes (one per child), some nut butter/lard/suet and seeds & nuts if possible.
